If this is the case, subject to evidence as negotiated between the customer and us, it is returnable withing 7 days of receipt.  Re packaging and return costs will be incurred by the customer. A replacement will be offered where possible, otherwise a refund minus 20% handling fee will be the conclusion.

Overseas is print only, rolled and will be shipped in a tube. Finishing, mounting and framing must be managed by the customer upon receipt.
